Corrections
The fastest route is the correction link at the bottom of any entity page. It opens a pre-filled report naming the exact record and the data file it lives in. Include the primary source that supports your correction, since a correction has to meet the same standard as the original claim. Corrections are logged publicly at /corrections.
Data and licensing
The dataset is free to use, including commercially, under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You do not need permission and you do not need to ask. The data page has the files, the attribution string and the schema notes. If you need a bulk export in a different shape, or you are building something that would work better with a different structure, say so and we will consider adding it.

For questions about a specific ownership record, cite the entity page and the source you are asking about; the source list on each page identifies the exact document behind each fact. For questions about the method, the methodology page covers the source hierarchy and confidence labels.
Reporting a problem with the site
Broken links, pages that fail to render, accessibility problems and data that does not match its cited source are all worth reporting through the same correction route.
