Inspire Brands acquires Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins (2020)

Inspire Brands completed the acquisition of Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins on 15 December 2020 for $11.3 billion, buying from Dunkin' Brands.[1]

Inspire Brands acquired Dunkin' Brands for $106.50 per share in cash, taking the company private and adding Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins to a portfolio it had assembled in under three years. It was one of the largest restaurant transactions ever completed.
