Regent acquires Club Monaco (2021)
Regent completed the acquisition of Club Monaco on 1 May 2021, buying from Ralph Lauren.[1]
Ralph Lauren sold Club Monaco to Regent, a Los Angeles private investment firm, having owned the Canadian contemporary clothing brand since 1999. The price was not disclosed. Ralph Lauren had been narrowing its portfolio to concentrate on its own name.
