Exhibit 21

The list of subsidiaries filed with a US annual report.

Exhibit 21 is the schedule of subsidiaries attached to a Form 10-K, the annual report US-listed companies file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Foreign private issuers file the equivalent as Exhibit 8.1 to a Form 20-F.

It lists each significant subsidiary by legal name and jurisdiction of incorporation. It does not list brands, and it omits subsidiaries the company judges insignificant, so it is a floor rather than a complete picture. It is nonetheless authoritative: misstating it has consequences under securities law that a press release does not carry.
