Molson Coors acquires Miller Lite (2016)
Molson Coors completed the acquisition of Miller Lite on 11 October 2016 for $12 billion, buying from AB InBev.[1]
Molson Coors bought SABMiller's 58% of the MillerCoors joint venture and the worldwide Miller brand portfolio, a divestiture required to let AB InBev complete its takeover of SABMiller.
