Panadol is a paracetamol brand launched in Britain in 1956 and sold across Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. It occupies the position outside the United States that Tylenol holds within it, and the two are the same active ingredient under different names.

GSK demerged its consumer healthcare business as Haleon, listing it in London and New York in July 2022. The business already contained Pfizer's consumer health portfolio, contributed to a joint venture in 2019, which is how Advil and Centrum came to sit alongside Sensodyne and Panadol.
