About Ferrero Rocher
Ferrero Rocher is a hazelnut and wafer praline wrapped in gold foil, launched in 1982 and named after the rock grotto at Lourdes. Its British advertising, showing an ambassador serving them at a reception, was mocked so widely that the campaign became more famous than the product it sold.
